“Fitness was the anti-depressant that saved my life.”
My Dad was the very fit town optometrist and inspired me at the very early age of 6 to lift weights. We had a gym in our basement growing up where I spent much of my high school days listening to angry rock music lifting weights and then heading outside to play basketball late into the night. I learned from experience that fitness was my anti-depressant that saved my life.
As a shy, angry kid struggling to fit in, I used fitness to manage my stress, transform my body, and to empower me with the confidence to pursue by dreams.
After 2 years of corporate technology sales in downtown Chicago, I took a leap of faith and headed out west with only what I could fit in the backseat of my 2 door Honda Civic to pursue my passion for health and fitness. There was no real fitness industry. Personal training was a transient job people did while figuring out what they would eventually do for a career. But I was dedicated and determined to be the exception not the rule.
I read everything I could get my hands on about fitness, natural health, nutrition, and mindset. I reached out to the leaders of all of those fields and either apprenticed under them or asked them what to read as a student of living an outstanding life. I attained nearly every elite certification in fitness and went back to school for clinical nutrition. I then went ‘all in’ on my journey into the depths of personal development and studying mental toughness.
I didn’t just want to be fit myself. I wanted to have massive impact and to help others legacy and to help others overcome their obstacles so they could feel the same joy and fulfillment I feel from embracing a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve been the go to resource for some of the world’s leading Fortune 500 organizations, top CEOs, professional and Olympic athletes, and over 50 of the world’s biggest celebrities.
Based on the demands of my clients for a convenient, healthy, and delicious meal, I helped create the highest quality, best-tasting complete meal in a shake on the market called FIT 365 that we’ve sold nationally for over a decade, including at Whole Foods Market locations ( WWW.FIT365.COM ). And I’ve hosted my own radio show on ESPN called “The Empower Hour.” But what I’m best at and most well known for is busy women in incredible shape… fast!
What ignited my passion to develop my programs and my burning desire to launch my female-focused coaching business is being a father to a beautiful little girl. Having my daughter Ava 4 years ago has truly made me a feminist in support of not just equal opportunity, but especially female empowerment. I realized every woman is someone’s baby girl and deserves that type of attention and guidance to help live their best life.
I have been fortunate to turn my passions into a successful career while building my own healthy, loving and nurturing family. I love my life and now realize that true happiness comes from within, and that if you discover your passions and make them your life’s mission, you’ll be excited to wake up every morning and live each day to the fullest.
Thank you for joining this journey with me. I’m here to help you live the life you want, the way you want it.
Success is yours for the taking,
Coach Kyle Brown
